Good to know: only government-approved projects qualify for citizenship by investment, from US$200,000 in Dominica to US$325,000 in St Kitts & Nevis, and the property must be held for a minimum period, usually five to seven years. Resale values of approved units are often below the purchase price. See the programme information.
